Michael Mindel is founder and CEO of Restaunomics, a restaurant management and consulting company. Clients include Poggio Trattoria, Copita Tequileria y Comida (acclaimed Mexican restaurant in partnership with celebrity chef Joanne Weir) & Convivo.
